Epinephrine 0.1 - 0.3mg IV at 1:10,000 dilution 

0.3 - 0.5mg IM / SQ at 1:1000 dilution

repeat q5-15 minutes > 3 doses consider continuous epi gtt (1-10mcg/min)

IV IM glucocorticoids methylprednisolone 125mg IV qd x2 to prevent biphasic reaction

diphenhydramine 50mg IV/IM 

beta blockers - glucagon 1-5mg bolus followed by gtt at 5-15mcg/min

albuterol bronchospasm
